Included in most building insurance policies, Trace and Access covers the cost of non-invasive leak detection to locate any leaks and assess the severity of the leak. For over 10 years Full Spectrum Testing staff have been trained and supported by Infrared Training Limited (IRT). IRT is the UK’s leading educational facility for Infrared Thermography training courses, and as an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) for BINDT, (The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing) they deliver certification courses based on ISO 18436-7 and ASNT SNT TC 1A.

Adam phoned to explain what services Full Spectrum offered, listened sympathetically and gave me time to explain my buiding- related damp issues. Adam arrived as agreed to carry out a very comprehensive survey of my house, which took 3 1/2- 4 hours, including using a drone to survey the roof, visual inspection in the loft- ventilation, insulation and timbers, infra red thermal imagin on internal walls to detect damp and a visual inspection under the floor. Adam followed this up with a detailed, objective report with supporting photographic evidence, that explained the different causes of damp, what and where the problems were , and specific instructions on how to remedy them. He was also able to provide no obligation recommendations for services that could carry out the necessary work and has been readily contactable to answer any questions. I strongly recommend Full Spectrum Testing and in hind sight ( - a wonderful thing....) it would have saved me a great deal of time, expense and stress had I enlisted their services prior to commencing building work.
